For cleanroom and ESD applications ranging from ISO 3 to ISO 8; features the industry's only phthalate- and fire-retardant-chemical-free vinyl upholstery.

Generously proportioned saddle-shaped seat is contoured and features a waterfall front for added comfort; measures 21" wide x 19" deep X 3" thick.

Also known as "1000-K". All chair parts are selected to assure ISO class 6 clean room compatibility, including vinyl underwrap of seat bottom with filter media, plus ESD treatment as described in performance package "K".

This larger ergonomic backrest is 18" wide x 19" high to deliver added comfort and support for the upper lower back.

Large, five-legged, solid cast aluminum base with caster-to-caster diameter of 28.7" and maximum width of 27.4". T-cross-section legs ensure cleanability, and endure test loads of 1.5-2x BIFMA strength requirements. Features standard 50-mm tapered hub (1° 26' 16" (Morse) taper) with gauge line elevation of 113mm from the caster insert plane. The base is cast out of UNI EN 46100 aluminum with a robotically polished top surface to ensure quality and consistency.

For high working heights such as standing height benches measuring 34" up to 40+". Provides a range of 22" - 32".

2.25" high black glides have a base diameter of 2.125" and are made of first class polyamide with a steel grip ring stem. ESD version is indicated by a yellow ring around the stem of the glide.

Free-Float Articulating Control with Seat Slider: Control allows function of the seat height activation, backrest adjustment, and seat tilt adjustment by means of easily engaged levers which can be activated from the seated position. Seat tilts 6° rearward; 4° forward; backrest tilts 8° forward; 13° rearward. Tilt adjustments can be locked in place or be left to free float. Seat slider bracket allows seat depth adjustment range of up to 2.5" with locking positions every 0.5". This option is available only on models with R or W bases with low or medium seat height ranges (26" or less); not recommended on clean room models.

22" dia. aluminum foot ring includes easy-to-operate hub – push down top of center bushing, adjust to desired height, and release to lock the foot ring into place. 22" flattened tubing ring is attached to the cast aluminum spokes with stainless steel screws, which utilize a T-cross section to provide a clean, cohesive look for models with aluminum (A / P25), reinforced composite (R / GR) or wide aluminum (W / P28) bases. Recommended for models with seat heights greater than 22 inches.
